  8.         I think this is what you wanted, but I've always called it:

  10. Hot Fudge Cake
  11.  Combine:
  12.         1 C flour
  13.         3/4 C sugar
  14.         2 T cocoa
  15.         2 t baking powder
  16.         1/4 t salt
  17.  
  18. Add:
  19.         1/2 C milk
  20.         2 T oil
  21.         1 T vanilla
  22.  
  23. Mix and spread in a 9x9 square pan.
  24.  
  25. Mix:
  26.         1 C brown sugar
  27.         4 T cocoa
  28. Sprinkle over top of batter, but *DO NOT* stir.
  29. Pour 1 3/4 C hot water over top. *DO NOT MIX*.
  30. Bake 350 F 35-40 minutes.  Serve warm, possibly with ice cream.
